Terms of Sale & Use
These Terms apply to all purchases, evaluation units, quotes, and use of IS-0 / TacLoop™ systems, firmware, accessories, and documentation. If a written contract is executed for a program award, that contract governs in case of conflict.
Evaluation units are provided for qualified field evaluation and procurement consideration and are not rental equipment. Evaluation pricing, lead time, and shipping are confirmed at award.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, built-to-order systems (including evaluation units) are non-refundable once shipped. Cancellation may not be available after production begins.
Stocked accessories may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if unused, in new condition, and in original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Built-to-order systems, evaluation units, and custom assemblies are excluded unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unless otherwise stated on a quote or contract, IS-0 provides a 90-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use from the delivery date. IS-0 will repair or replace (at its option). Warranty excludes damage from misuse, modification, exceeding power ratings, improper installation, environmental abuse, unauthorized service, or operation outside stated specifications.
Shipping and handling are quoted at award unless explicitly included in a written quote. Inspect shipments upon delivery. Shipping damage must be reported within 7 days with photos of the packaging and item.
TacLoop™ systems, controller firmware, tuning logic, electrical/mechanical architecture, documentation, and integration methods are proprietary to IS-0.
Reverse engineering, disassembly, decompilation, duplication, derivative manufacture, firmware extraction, or publication of internal technical details is prohibited without written authorization.
Firmware is licensed, not sold. Buyer receives a limited, non-transferable license to use firmware solely with the purchased hardware. No sublicensing or redistribution.
IS-0 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of use, or loss of data. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.
Buyer is responsible for compliance with applicable laws and operating regulations (including RF safety, licensing, export controls, and any program-specific requirements). IS-0 does not authorize unlawful use.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless otherwise agreed in a written contract.
